End-to-End Inspection Chain

From yarn to final container loading, our multi-stage quality control workflow ensures zero compromises on your brand's reputation.

1. IQC

Incoming Quality

Spectrophotometer color matching, fabric weight (GSM) verification, and hardware dimensional checks using digital calipers.

2. IPQC

In-Process Quality

First-article inspection, hourly sewing line patrols, seam allowance measurement, and structural reinforcement verification.

3. FQC

Final Quality

100% aesthetic and functional review of finished goods, needle detection, and barcode readability scanning before packing.

4. OQC

Outgoing Quality

Pre-shipment sampling based on AQL standards, carton drop tests, and moisture level checks to ensure safe transit.

In-House Laboratory Testing

Subjecting materials and finished products to extreme physical and chemical stress to guarantee exceptional field performance.

Tensile Strength Testing
ASTM D5034

Tensile & Seam Strength

Computerized universal testing machines apply extreme pulling force to evaluate fabric tear resistance, strap attachment strength, and seam integrity under heavy loads.

Load Capacity: Up to 5000N
Salt Spray Testing
ISO 9227

Salt Spray Anti-Corrosion

Accelerated corrosion testing chambers expose zippers, pullers, and metal hardware to a dense saline mist, ensuring rust resistance in humid and coastal environments.

Duration: 48H / 72H / 96H
Color Fastness Testing
AATCC 8

Color Fastness (Crocking)

Using a Crockmeter to rub fabrics under controlled pressure, verifying that dyes will not transfer to the user's clothing during dry or wet friction conditions.

Standard: Grade 4.0 Minimum
Wheel Mileage Testing
QB/T 2155

Trolley & Wheel Mileage

Fully loaded luggages traverse abrasive conveyor belts equipped with obstacles to simulate kilometers of rough terrain, testing wheel wear and handle structural fatigue.

Distance: 12KM / 32KM tests

AQL Standard Interpretation

We strictly adhere to the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards. For premium luggage manufacturing, we typically enforce a rigorous Level II, Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0 standard, ensuring statistical reliability in batch acceptance.

Defect Classifications

  • Critical: Defects that constitute a safety hazard (e.g., sharp exposed metal). Standard: 0.0 tolerance.
  • Major: Defects impacting function or severe visual flaws (e.g., broken zipper, severe color migration).
  • Minor: Slight visual imperfections not affecting usability (e.g., untrimmed thread < 1cm).
